way to learn about them in a single bite, be they acidic, sweet, or savory.
Instructions
Purée chickpeas, ice, garlic,
tahini, lemon juice, and oil in
a high-power blender, such
as a Vitamix, or food processor;
season with salt and pepper.
Spread hummus on a platter.
Combine tomatoes, pine nuts,
and basil. Top hummus with
tomato mixture and feta;
drizzle with oil. Serve hummus
with chips, naan, or crackers.
