Mini Asian Cheese Balls

When rolled in sesame seeds, these cheesy bites have subtle Asian flavor. For a little added heat, roll them in crushed wasabi peas.

Note: You’ll need about ⅔ cup sesame seeds or 1¼ cups wasabi peas, crushed to coat 45 mini cheese balls.

Instructions

Blend cream cheese, goat cheese, chives, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and oil in a bowl with a mixer until combined; chill 30 minutes.

Form mixture into 1 tsp. balls using a #100 scoop; chill until firm, 2 hours or overnight.

Roll balls in preferred coating; chill until ready to serve.
