Instructions
Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.
Mix mayonnaise, zest, and lime juice; season with salt and pepper.
Broil bagels on prepared baking sheet, cut sides up, until lightly toasted, 2–3minutes.
Top each bagel half with a slice of Cheddar, and broil until cheese melts, 2–3minutes.
Spread 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise mixture on bottom halves of bagels, then top with 3 strips bacon and avocado; place top half of bagel on each sandwich.
