flaked coconut.
Instructions
Line an 8-inch square baking pan
with parchment paper.
Place dates, apricots, almonds, and
walnuts in the work bowl of a food
processor; pulse until pea-size
pieces remain. Add coconut; pulse
until well combined.
Press mixture firmly into prepared
pan using a rubber spatula or the
bottom of a measuring cup.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing
into 8 bars. Store in an airtight
container for up to 1 week.
