Cook hash browns in a nonstick skillet in reserved drippings over medium-high heat until crisp, 8–10minutes; transfer to a plate. Reduce heat to medium.
Whisk together eggs and cream; season with salt and pepper. Add eggs to skillet and cook, stirring, just until set, about 3 minutes. Off heat, sprinkle cheese over top
of eggs.
Divide eggs among tortillas; top with hash browns, pico de gallo, bacon, and avocado. Roll burritos to enclose, then cut in half.
