Chocolate-Spice Muffins
Sugar and spice (and orange and chocolate) unite with yogurt and applesauce for a nutrish-ish crave-worthy sweet treat. Relying on yogurt and applesauce instead of oil yields super-moist muffins that ring in at less than 200 calories — now that’s sweet.
