Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°. Line
a 9-inch square baking pan
with parchment paper.
Heat almond butter, oil, honey,
and cinnamon over medium heat
in small saucepan. Cook, stirring
frequently, until smooth and
combined.
Stir together almond butter
mixture, cereal, and applesauce in
medium bowl. Press mixture firmly
into prepared pan. Sprinkle with
almonds and pumpkin seeds.
Bake until golden brown,
35 to 40 minutes. Let cool in pan
for 10 minutes. Remove from pan,
and let cool completely on a wire
rack. Slice into 10 bars. Store in an
airtight container for up to 1 week.
