Read the label of peanut butter jar before purchasing. Choose one that has two ingredients: peanuts and salt.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

Heat peanut butter, oil, and salt over medium heat in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, until smooth and combined.

Stir together peanut butter mixture, cereal, and banana in medium bowl. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan. Sprinkle with almonds, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries.

Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack. Slice into 10 bars. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
