Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.
Toast oats and almonds in the oven on a baking sheet in a single layer until browned, 10 minutes.
Heat peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium until peanut butter melts.
Combine cereal, cherries, salt, toasted oats, almonds, and peanut butter mixture until ingredients are coated. Press mixture into prepared pan and let chill until firm, 10–15minutes. Cut into bars and wrap in plastic wrap.
