Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400° according
to manufacturer’s instructions;
set cook time to 10 minutes. (Add
3–5minutes for preheating if your
air fryer doesn’t include preheat
function.)
Mix pork, brown sugar, salt,
black pepper, garlic powder, fennel,
and pepper flakes in a bowl until
combined. Divide pork mixture
into 8 portions and form into
patties.
