Healthy desserts that are actually satisfying can be hard to come by — but not with this fruit trifle. Layers of yogurt, almonds, amaretti cookies, and a sweet red wine syrup complement the flavor of ripe plums. Feel free to use any stone fruits you like in place of the plums.

Instructions
Heat wine, honey, and salt in a saucepan over medium-high to a boil. Add plums, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until softened, 4–5minutes; stir in almond extract, then transfer to a bowl and chill until cold. Strain plums through a sieve, reserving wine mixture.
Assemble trifles by placing about 1 Tbsp. wine mixture in the bottom of six parfait dishes. Top with half the cookies, half the plums, and a heaping 1 Tbsp. each yogurt and almonds; repeat process once more.
