Instructions
Whisk together milk, honey, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, ginger, and ½ tsp. nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat until honey dissolves and milk is steaming but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
Off heat, steep milk mixture, covered, 5 minutes; strain through a cheesecloth-lined fine-mesh sieve. Serve milk warm, sprinkled with nutmeg.
