Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Arrange peaches and strawberries on prepared baking sheet; roast 25 minutes. Cool fruit 10 minutes, then remove skins from peaches.

Blend peaches, 1 cup nectar, and lime juice in a blender until smooth; transfer to a pitcher and stir in 1 cup ginger beer. Rinse blender.

Blend strawberries, remaining ½ cup nectar, and zest in a blender until smooth; stir in remaining ½ cup ginger beer.

Pour strawberry purée into 6 ice-filled glasses; top with peach purée.
