Instructions
Combine coleslaw, ham, bell
peppers, and scallions in a bowl.
Whisk together vinegar, oil,
sambal, ginger, and brown sugar
for the vinaigrette.
Toss coleslaw mixture with
vinaigrette to coat; top with ramen.
