Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.
Heat hot sauce, honey, butter, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium until butter melts and sauce is simmering; stir in chicken.
Bake flatbreads on two baking sheets until crisp, 3–4minutes per side.
Combine Cheddar and Jack cheeses. Top flatbreads with half the cheese mixture, Buffalo chicken, bacon, onion, and remaining cheese mixture.
Bake pizzas until cheeses melt and are bubbly, about 5 minutes. Top pizzas with parsley; serve with dressing.
