Kluski-style noodles are thick, rustic,
and won’t soak up all the broth;
find them in the freezer case.
Instructions
Sweat bell pepper, onion, celery,
and garlic in a pot over medium
heat until softened, 3–5minutes.
Increase heat to medium-high,
add ham and sauté until it begins
to brown, 3 minutes.
Stir in chicken and Creole
seasoning and cook until chicken
is almost completely cooked,
5 minutes.
Add broth and water; bring to a
boil over high heat. Add noodles
and tomatoes, reduce heat to
medium-high and simmer soup
until noodles are tender and
chicken is cooked through,
15 minutes. Top servings with
scallions.
