If you don’t have a panini press, you can still make this sandwich. Use
a grill pan or cast-iron skillet to toast up the wraps until golden brown.
Instructions
Preheat panini press to medium.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium.
Add onion and garlic and cook until
onion begins to soften, 3 minutes.
Stir in pork, broth, cumin, oregano,
and zest; simmer 5 minutes.
Assemble wraps by placing 1 cup
cheese onto each tortilla; top with
ham, mustard, pork mixture, and
pickles. Roll tortillas like a burrito,
enclosing the ends.
Coat wraps with nonstick spray.
Place wraps onto panini press and
cook until golden, 3 minutes.
