This twist on a traditional alsacienne tart uses prosciutto ham instead of speck. The crispy, thin crust of this rustic pizza and blend of unique ingredients is sure to be a new favorite at your dinner table.

Preheat oven to 500°.

Cut parchment paper to fit a 17½x12½-inch baking sheet, roll pizza dough into a 15x12-inch oblong shape. Transfer parchment paper and dough to a rimmed baking sheet. Spread crème fraîche onto dough. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Top with cheese, prosciutto, and onion.

Bake until browned, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with thyme.
