Instructions
Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions; reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium-high; add ham and sauté until beginning to brown, 4 minutes. Add peas, scallions, and pepper flakes; cook until peas thaw and scallions soften, 3–4minutes.
Deglaze pan with wine, scraping up any brown bits; simmer until nearly evaporated, about 3 minutes. Add broth and bring to a simmer.
Off heat, stir in pasta, Parmesan, and mint; add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency, and season with salt and black pepper.
