Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions; drain.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add prosciutto and cook until crisp, 3–4minutes; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Add chicken to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, 5 minutes; transfer to a plate and tent with foil.
Add garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook until softened, 3–4minutes.
Combine spaghetti, chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto.
