Stir together hoisin
sauce and barbecue
sauce. Slice green
onion.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Brush
bottom of a roasting pan
with oil.
Place chicken in prepared pan;
sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Whisk together hoisin sauce
and barbecue sauce in a small
bowl. Pour over chicken.
Bake until a meat thermometer
inserted in thickest portion
registers 170°, 45 to 50 minutes,
occasionally spooning sauce
over chicken. Let stand for
10 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle with green onion
and sesame seeds.
