Instant Pot Honey-Sesame Chicken & Broccoli
Cooking for one? Say hello to Lisa Childs's Instant Pot Honey-Sesame Chicken & Broccoli. This dish is sweet (but not overly so) and savory with a welcome crunch of broccoli. If you prefer, you can swap the broccoli for another vegetable such as fresh green beans or baby bok choy.

Whisk together water, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, Sriracha, oil, and garlic in a bowl.
Add chicken to Instant Pot® and pour honey sauce over it.
Close lid; turn knob to Sealing.
Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 2 minutes. When timer beeps, immediately turn knob from Sealing to Venting, then remove lid.
Press Sauté button and adjust to High.
Add broccoli to chicken and mix into sauce. Sauté until broccoli is cooked through and sauce is reduced to a thick and sticky consistency, 6–8 minutes.
Sprinkle chicken mixture with sesame seeds; serve over rice.
