Instructions
Brown kielbasa in 1 Tbsp. oil in a skillet
over medium heat, 2–3minutes; transfer
to a paper towel-lined plate.
Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same skillet over
medium. Add cabbage, onions, carrot, garlic,
and pepper flakes; cook until vegetables are tender,
about 5 minutes, then season with salt
and black pepper.
Stir vinegar and mustard into vegetable mixture.
Stir in beans, spinach, and kielbasa; cook until
heated through, 3–4minutes.
