Instructions
Combine tomatoes, 1 tablespoon
parsley, vinegar, oil, jalapeño, garlic,
salt, sugar, and pepper in a large
bowl. Lightly mash mixture with
a fork. Let stand for at least
30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Serve sauce over cooked pasta
with Burrata. Sprinkle with
remaining 2 tablespoons parsley
and additional pepper. Refrigerate
any remaining sauce; let come to
room temperature before serving.
