Instructions
Bring stock, basil, garlic, lemon zest,
salt, and pepper to a boil in a 12-inch
saucepan over medium-high heat. Add
pasta; cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Discard basil. Add lemon juice,
Parmesan, and goat cheese. Stir in
arugula. Top with lemon zest and
goat cheese, if desired.
