Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza Burgers
You won’t have to decide whether it’s pizza or burgers for dinner. These two-in-one Italian burgers are jam-packed with three kinds of meat and are hearty enough to satisfy the hungriest of eaters.

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.
Combine sausage, ground chuck, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. sing a 4½-inch-round cutter, shape mixture into 4 patties; coat with nonstick spray.
Grill burgers, covered, until a thermometer inserted into centers registers 165°, 4 minutes per side.
Top each burger with 3 Tbsp. pizza sauce, 1 slice provolone, and 3 slices pepperoni. Reduce heat to medium; grill burgers, covered, until provolone melts, 1–2 minutes. Transfer burgers to a plate, tent with foil, and let rest 3 minutes. Grill rolls, uncovered, cut sides down, until lightly toasted, 1–2 minutes. Serve burgers on rolls.
