Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.
Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions; drain. Cook bacon until crisp; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate and reserve drippings.
Whisk together bacon drippings, vinegar, honey, and Dijon for the vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper.
Toss scallions with= oil and grill, covered, until charred and softened, 3–5minutes. Chop scallions; toss with spaghetti, bacon, and vinaigrette.
