If you can’t find refrigerated udon noodles, use dried and cook them according to package directions.
Instructions
Combine broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sambal, and cornstarch for the sauce.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high. Add steak and stir-fry until browned on both sides, 2–3minutes; transfer to a plate.
Add vegetables to wok and stir-fry until softened, 3–5minutes. Stir in sauce; bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Add noodles and cook until heated through, 2–3minutes, then stir in steak.
