Instructions

Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sambal oelek, vinegar, and grated ginger in a bowl. Toss in tuna, ½ cup scallions, and ½ tsp. sesame seeds; refrigerate 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Sauté riced cauliflower in olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until heated through; divide between two bowls.

Divide tuna mixture, avocado, edamame, cucumber, and pickled ginger between bowls; top with sesame seeds and scallions.
