Instructions
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sambal oelek, vinegar, and grated ginger in a bowl. Toss in tuna, ½ cup scallions, and ½ tsp. sesame seeds; refrigerate 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
