Instructions
Whisk together soy sauce, sesame
oil, and sambal oelek for the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a sauté pan
or wok over medium-high. Add
turkey and bell peppers and
cook until peppers soften,
3 minutes. Add scallion whites
and light greens, garlic, and
ginger; cook until fragrant,
1 minute.
Stir in sauce; heat 1 minute.
Add noodles and cook until
heated through, 1 minute.
Off heat, stir in cabbage and
scallion greens. Top servings
with peanuts.
