Instant Pot Turkey Breast with Winter Fruit Compote
This Instant Pot Turkey Breast is cooked to perfection in just 35 minutes. Skip the gravy and serve with Winter Fruit Compote for a festive flavor.

Slow Cooker Directions
For turkey: Prepare turkey breast as directed, and place in slow cooker. Reduce broth to 1 cup. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove from slow cooker. Broil and serve as directed. For compote: Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Serve as directed.
Instructions
Stir together 2 tablespoons oil, garlic, paprika, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until a paste forms.
Loosen skin from turkey gently, keeping skin intact. Rub oil mixture under skin. Brush skin with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Stuff turkey cavity with onion.
Place Instant Pot rack in pot. Add broth to pot. Place turkey on rack, breast side up. Cover and lock lid. Select MANUAL feature. Pressure cook on HIGH for 35 minutes. Natural release pressure.
Preheat oven to broil.
Remove turkey from pot, and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil until skin is golden and crispy, rotating pan if needed. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with Winter Fruit Compote. Garnish with sage and rosemary, if desired.
For the Winter Fruit Compote
Combine all ingredients in Instant Pot. Cover and lock lid. Select MANUAL feature. Pressure cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Natural release pressure for 5 minutes. Vent to release remaining pressure. Uncover and discard ginger. Let come to room temperature before serving.
