We added some of the sun-dried tomato oil to the pesto. You can
also drizzle the oil over steamed veggies or use it to dip bread into.
Instructions
Pulse cilantro, basil, onion,
Parmesan, almonds, lime juice,
sun-dried tomatoes and oil,
chipotles, adobo sauce, and garlic
in a food processor until chunky.
With machine running, drizzle in
olive oil; process until smooth.
Season pesto with salt and pepper.
