Arugula & Pepper Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
A simple arugula salad is always a welcome addition to the dinner table. Arugula, also called rocket, is a leafy green with a bitter, peppery taste that grows fast in cooler climates. With both roasted peppers and briny pepperoncini, this side salad with balsamic vinaigrette cuts through the richness of any dish.
