with nonstick spray.
Combine garlic, salt, Italian
seasoning, and pepper.
Arrange half the zucchini slices
in a single layer on prepared
baking sheets; season top sides
with half the garlic mixture.
Bake zucchini slices, 45 minutes;
flip slices. Return to oven and bake
chips until crisp and browned,
45 minutes. Remove chips that
crisp before others to prevent
burning.
Repeat procedure with remaining
zucchini and garlic mixture.
