Simple, but not boring, this rice is the perfect accompaniment to the Shrimp Étouffée.
Instructions
Boil water, butter, bay leaves, and salt in a pot.
Stir in rice and cook until al dente, 12–15 minutes; drain, discard bay leaves, and stir in scallions.
