For a delicious French spin on the classic American stuffing, turn to the buttery richness of brioche bread. It toasts perfectly on the outside due to it's high butter content, while staying creamy and soft inside. Don't worry — while we went to France with the bread, this still has all the flavors of traditional stuffing.

Test Kitchen Tip
The high butter content in brioche makes it toast quickly — keep an eye on the bread cubes while they’re toasting, so they don’t burn.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°. Coat a 7×11-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Combine bread and parsley in a large bowl.
Melt 1 stick of butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add celery, onions, sage, garlic, and thyme; sweat until vegetables are softened, 8–10minutes. Stir in broth until heated through.
Toss vegetable mixture with bread until moistened; season with salt and pepper.
Transfer dressing to prepared dish; top with 4 Tbsp. butter. Cover dish with foil and bake dressing 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake dressing until browned and crisped, 8–10minutes more. Let dressing rest 10 minutes before serving.
