Quick and easy, this salad of crisp-tender broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes is a good way to incorporate some tasty veggies into your dinner and diet.
Instructions
Cook broccoli, garlic, and 1 tsp. salt in water in a large sauté pan over medium heat, covered, until water evaporates, 6–8 minutes.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and tomato oil. Season broccoli with pepper.
