Instructions
Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element.
Brush one side of naan with oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil naan, oiled side up, until lightly toasted, 1–2minutes.
Rub garlic clove over broiled side of naan, then sprinkle with cheese. Broil naan until cheese melts, 2 minutes; garnish with cilantro.
