This salad adds to the overall theme by adding the flavors you'd get on a loaded cheeseburger.
Instructions
For the dressing, whisk together vinegar, oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, and horseradish; season with salt.
For the salad, combine lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing. (Refrigerate any leftover dressing for up to 1 week.)
