Bring rice, water, coconut milk, sugar, and salt to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer rice until tender, 15–20minutes. Off heat, let rice stand, covered, 5 minutes; fluff with a fork.
Stir in mango, cilantro, and lime juice just before serving.
