If it seems like dressing is shelved until the holidays, buck that tradition tonight with this speedy pan version served with pork. If you’re a fan of dressing, there’s no need to save it just for holidays or large special occasion-type family meals. Instead, pair this quick pan stuffing with pork tenderloin (which is great any time of year) and sweet apple salsa for one memorable meal.
Purchased cornbread from your grocery store’s bakery makes this dressing quick. While on its own it may not be super flavorful, the onion, celery, and sage are sure to boost its flavor several notches.

Add cornbread and cook 5 minutes. Stir in broth and juice; season with salt and pepper, then simmer until heated through, 3–4minutes; add sage.
