A simple curried dressing

chicken salad.
Serve this salad in pita pockets, on
croissants, or in lettuce wraps.
Instructions
Combine mayonnaise, preserves, curry powder, lime juice, salt, and cayenne in a large bowl.
Add chicken, mango, celery, scallions, and cilantro to mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat. Stir cashews into salad just before serving.
