This refreshing fruit salad is a palate cleanser for the savory sandwich. For extra banana flavor, slice and add a second one to the mixture.
Instructions
Combine cantaloupe and grapes in a large bowl.
Whisk together zest, lime juice, chopped mint, and honey until dissolved. Pour over fruit mixture.
Stir in banana just before serving and garnish with mint sprigs.
