Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush grill rack with oil.

Thread vegetables onto four skewers, alternating zucchini, squash, orange and red bell peppers, and onion.

Brush vegetable skewers lightly with oil; season with salt and pepper.

Grill skewers, covered, until vegetables are nicely browned, about 3 minutes per side.
