Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Combine Parmesan, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Unroll dough on a lightly floured surface; brush with oil. Sprinkle cheese mixture onto dough and gently press so it adheres.
Separate dough into sticks at perforations. Gently stretch each stick to 10–12 inches by grasping at each end, then twisting into a spiral. Arrange bread sticks 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet.
Bake bread sticks until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before removing from baking sheet.
