Glazed Baby Carrots with Mustard and Brown Sugar

Instructions
Cook carrots in a pot of boiling salted water until fork-tender, 8–10 minutes; drain. Transfer carrots to a bowl.
Melt butter in same pot over medium heat. Stir in sugar and mustard; cook until syrupy, 3–5 minutes.
Add carrots and stir to coat; season with salt and pepper.
