with cold water, and drain again.
Transfer pasta and green beans
to a large bowl.
Cook bacon in a skillet until

plate.
Whisk together mayonnaise,
vinegar, and sugar for the
dressing; season with salt
and pepper.
Toss pasta and green beans
with pecans, onion, bacon,
and dressing.
