Grilled sweet corn is always good, but topped with the brightly-flavored herb compound butter, it’s simply superb.
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.
Grill corn, turning often, until slightly charred, about 10 minutes.
Brush corn with butter while still warm; serve immediately.
