Instructions
Cook rotini in a pot of boiling
salted water according to package
directions, adding green beans and
carrots during the last 2 minutes of
cooking. Drain rotini and vegetables,
rinse with cold water, then drain
again; transfer to a bowl. Stir in
onions, mozzarella, olives, tomatoes,
and dill.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon
juice, garlic, Worcestershire, and
sugar; season vinaigrette with salt
and pepper.
Toss rotini mixture with vinaigrette.
