Instructions
For the salad, cook gemelli in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions; drain, rinse with cold water, then drain again. Transfer pasta to a large bowl; add cucumbers, tomatoes, Pecorino, and onion.
For the vinaigrette, whisk together vinegar, oil, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and honey; toss with pasta.
